WINTER SESSION BEGINS 1/23/2026
Co-Director & Ladybug Teacher, Shana is bringing decades of experience supporting young children and their caregivers as a camp song leader, kindergarten teacher, baby sign language educator, and playful mom of two. She loves how Ladybug Music blends movement, rhythm, and connection to help little ones grow through joyful, music-centered learning. When she's not teaching, Shana is practicing yoga, walking her dog, cooking for loved ones, or diving into a great book.
Helena Ghekiere is a teacher at Ladybug Music South Bay who brings joyful, engaging music experiences to children and families. She draws on her experience teaching preschool, toddler ballet, and guitar, along with her background in musical theatre, dance, and singing. Having taken classes similar to Ladybug Music as a toddler herself, Helena has seen firsthand the powerful impact music can have on early development and meaningful connection. Outside of teaching, she enjoys nannying, songwriting, and spending time with friends and family.
Nancy Poole is Co-Director of Ladybug Music South Bay and the founder of The Holō Collective, bringing years of experience in healthcare, yoga, and family programming to her work with children and caregivers. She loves creating warm, connected spaces where music, movement, and community help little ones and their grownups thrive. When she's not in class, Nance is exploring yoga therapy, spending time with her son, or building meaningful, heart-centered projects through Holō.
